Wataru Shirai

Holds the Arabica Q Grader certification, an international qualification for green coffee bean graders that evaluates specialty coffee quality against globally standardized criteria, and has won championships at international roasting competitions. Guided by the belief that “Lighting a fire in the heart, creating passionate encounters, and sharing them,” and the idea that “People feel joy in life when their curiosity is piqued,” the store offers free tasting of all 25+ varieties of coffee beans available at any given time. Customers can explore aromas, flavors, and characteristics, selecting their favorite beans like a treasure hunt. Starting in 2024, they began direct sourcing, offering beans processed using original methods exclusive to Days worldwide. This experiential coffee shop offers a vibrant selection—from flamboyant, distinctive light roasts to classic and innovative dark roasts—guaranteeing you'll find a cup that makes your heart leap.
